This is an extremely well managed building. Amazing location! Great option for someone who doesn’t want roommates, but is also looking for an affordable option. Close to everything so no need to have a car!

Professional or student females only. Very quiet. You teachnically don’t have roomates! There are no common spaces except for the bathroom. Everything you need is contained within your room. Like living alone, but for a great price!
