Furnished living quarters, balcony with bbq, kitchen with full section countertop and double basin, basement storage equipped with anytime schedule washer dryer. Quiet neighborhood located a 5 minute drive from the heart of Downtown Victoria, also 2 minutes from a frequent downtown commuter bus stop. Grocery and gas 10minutes away and gorge park/ basketball tennis courts same distance for some recreation. Room available is about a 12x12 foot room with a 5x2ish foot closet. Ceilings are 8ft throughout the unit. (Photos are during a move, current roommate taking a lot of junk with them.)

Townhouse is shared with myself (36 yr old male), I am typically working (plumber and part-time chef) and when I am here tend to be on my hobbies (guitar or golfing,) Don’t worry I have a headset for the guitar lol! Tend to keep to myself but am pretty easygoing and am always up to share some food and have a beer if I have the time. I’ve lived here for years and decided to stay since it’s very convenient and the price is very reasonable for Victoria. The main things required from the ideal roommate (besides dependability for rent and bills of course.) is respect for each other’s space and possessions, and for any and all smoking to be taken outside to the balcony or driveway.
