About the room
We are renting one room in our basement. There are total three rooms in the basement. The location is near Dufferin&Steeles. There are a couple plazas at the intersection which has all the stores you will need. Banks, Grocery stores, Post-office, Restaurants, Coffee shops, etc.
We offer: -A bed and shelves -Free Laundry and Dryer -Free internet with Unlimited download -A common kitchen area w/ dishes, and a pot -A common washroom -And all utilities are included **we don’t have anymore parking space
The rent is $650/month.
We are asking $150 deposit for key and as a security, and the first and the last month rent. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries. We will respond promptly.
About the roomies
A family of Four + a dog occupy the upper floors. separate entry for basement. There are two other tenants living in the basement.
