The room has a queen size bed, a reading lamp, two night tables a large horizontal dresser with two full size mirrors, a large closet, a large window with curtains. All Utilities are included: Hydro, Heat, Water and Internet Fully Equipped Kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster, small oven, blender, coffee maker, bread maker, flatware, pots, pans. utensils. First month required. $400.00 deposit required. Lease Agreement is preferred. Ideal, but not limited, for National Research Centre (NRC), Canadian Housing Mortgage Corporation (CHMC), Montfort Hospital and Museum of Aviation employees.

I own the house and live with my partner in the basement. Currently we have host a mature master student.
