Alyssa's room

Great new building just off commercial drive, super convenient location. Large balcony and completely new kitchen, decent sized lounge space. A pet-friendly building that has bike lock-up areas, underground parking and storage rooms available. Nice sized room with a window facing the balcony. I have an ensuite so you would be the only person using the other bathroom. The house is completely furnished other than your bedroom as I don’t have a spare bed.

I’m 20f and work full-time. I’m fairly clean and quiet, occasionally having friends over but always double-checking beforehand. I want to get to know and be friends with my roommate while also respecting boundaries and having alone time.
