Double fridge, double kitchen, hi speed internet, new AC and new furnace will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, new bathrooms head to toe. Monthly cleaning service included.
There are 4 rooms available, single occupancy only. Prices range from 500 - 650. Mixed occupancy - males and females welcomed. Currently I have one room in the house (contractor), there is a professor at the university of windsor there, and a first year student who was in the army.
Students or young working professionals only. Parking available.
