I have a small room with private balcony presently available in a small 5 1/2. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a triplex within 10-15 mins walk to the metro and 5 mins walk to the waterfront. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished as needed. The price includes electricity, heating, hot water, wifi and access to netflix. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the kitchen, fridge, stove, tv and microwave at your disposal. The person should be animal friendly because I share my apartment with my dog and cat.
