2.Private Bedroom for $1350

Description of the unit:

The unit is a spacious 1 Bedroom apartment.

The living room has a twin size (single) bed with quilt, closet, table & chair. You can even set the temperature of the living room separately as the bedroom and living room have separate AC /heaters.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, desk and a chair (a full fledged home office).

The unit has an onsite Laundry and is available.

Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and cooking gas range.

It also has 24x7 concierge, gym, swimming pool and other recreational amenities in the building.

Maintenance: The house comes equipped with a Roomba. So you don’t have to do sweeping and mopping. There is also a maid who comes monthly to clean up the house (at no extra cost)
