2 bedroom corner unit of condo building with a large patio in Esquimalt area. This condo is close to the number 15, 24, and 25 bus stop and is also steps away from the WestBay Walkway that you can walk to downtown. It is only a 15 min bike/bus to downtown and it usually takes me about 45 mins to walk but I’ve seen faster walkers do it quicker). The living room and kitchen is an open space which leads to the patio with lounge chairs, a table, and a fire pit. If you have a green thumb, there is definitely space for us to talk about some gardening:) The bedroom is furnished with a twin Endy mattress platform bed, a desk, storage cabinet, and some closet organizers. The room includes utilities, wifi, Netflix and Disney +. There is no parking and there is sometimes off-street parking, but that is about a few minute walk away.

I am 37 year old female and my dog is a 9 yr old black Goldendoodle dog. She will be treating you like family and will be waiting at the front door for you to come home or wait for belly rubs when you are in your room. I work downtown as a Project Accountant and am kind of a homebody who is either walking my dog or at home watching the newest Netflix binge. I do enjoy doing the odd roomie dinner night or maybe watching a show together? The only thing I ask, is that I am allergic to smoke, so I would prefer a non-smoker please.
