Really great apartment location in Guelph, across from royal city park, 15 min walk to downtown core, lots of access to city transit. Shared kitchen/bathroom/common space, in building laundry, good sized room with closet space.

I work full time M-F at a factory in town. I have a 5 year old beagle mix who wants to be everyones best friend so applicants must be ok with dogs. I'm quiet, clean, and respectful to others space and property. When not at work my free time is mostly devoted to hanging out with my dog and watching some tv or playing video games. My current roommate is moving so looking to secure another person before the end of November or will be putting notice in to move.
