Location: Cambie 18th area, a 10 minute walk to King Edward Station or Broadway City Hall. The unit is within short walking distance to Choices Grocery, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, a variety of restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and many more stores alongside Cambie street and only a 5 minute walk to Main Street.
The apartment is fully furnished, including kitchen ware, appliances, cleaning products, and a TV in the living room. There is in-unit laundry. Wi-Fi and Utilities are are not included in the rent, usually around $80 per month for both.
