We have a beautiful 4 bedroom house with the basement ensuite (including 2 rooms) available for one lucky lady! The finished tile basement suite includes big windows, a large living area, 2 bedrooms and a shared laundry room. There is also a private bathroom. Our house has a large fenced in backyard and 3 cars can fit in the driveway. Whoever gets the basement could use one room as their bedroom and another as their study room. We also have a garage and a large kitchen with a new oven and plenty of living room. These photos were taken by the previous tenants, our furniture is different :). You will be free to furnish your lower level space.

My roommate and I are female students from the University of Ottawa in our mid twenties. I am taking Education, and my roommate is taking Biology. We are laid back and friendly, socialize a bit on weekends and busy during the week. Small pets and or a dog could be allowed but unfortunately no cats.
