Jenn's room

I am a single person and live in a spacious 2 storey apartment in the west shore. There is one bedroom with 2 large closets and a small adjacent den for rent to someone who likes their own private spaces. The bedroom and den are on the upper level and are both wifi and cable ready. The desk will be removed from the den. We have to share one and a half bathrooms. The kitchen isn’t large but has a dishwasher and laundry machines. I also have a private storage room next to the apt where your bike could be stored. There is also a parking spot available for 25$ per month if desired. The building is very respectful and quiet.

Looking for a quiet roommate who is friendly and considerate. It would be ideal for someone who values private spaces and works full-time. I am fairly private and mostly keep to myself however I enjoy interesting conversations. I work from home and have one small quiet dog who would not go into your personal areas. Available starting Dec 15th.
