This house is shared by two males. 1st male is the landlord and works full time and is usually never home due to work and lifestyle. Landlord will greet you and connect with you if you and him happen to be at home at the same time. The 2nd male is retired, quiet, and keeps to himself. Honestly if it wasn’t for COVID-19, you probably wouldn’t see both of them as they are considered to be frequent travellers/snow birds. You would be sharing the 3pc washroom with tenant and the washroom downstairs is also available to use. It would be up to you and the tenant to decide on cleaning schedule for the shared bathroom. For us, we take turns cleaning and providing toilet paper. Both landlord and tenant do not bring guests into the home due to their own preference, but you are welcome to have them over. If there are overnight guests, landlord is requesting that you connect with him first.

This a clean house and the the landlord and tenant do prefer to keep the house tidy Meaning: pick up after yourself. Landlord provides cleaning supplies and other household items (ie. sponges, garbage bags) and is in charge of outdoor maintenance. Landlord is considering hiring a monthly maid to clean common areas (when COVID-19 dies down) with no extra charge to the tenants.

Having living here, I can honestly say it’s quiet, plenty of privacy, and if you’re looking for a clean and quiet place, this is for you.
