Renovation plans include re-tiling, changing the wooden floors, addition of a brick wall, as well as minor changes to the kitchen and bathroom Located right next to Parc La Fontaine in the Plateau, a vibrant and student friendly area. Surrounded my restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and metros. The building is a duplex, we will be renting out the bottom floor. There is access to a backyard and winter garden, the backyard can be used as parking in the winter through access from the back alley. Street parking is also available. There are two bedrooms and one shared bathroom, total area is 1954sqft. Some furniture needs to be bought, I will be bringing some of my own, but things like a dining table or couches still need to be purchased. Pet friendly :)

I am a first year MSc student at McGill University studying neuroscience. I am quiet, studious, clean, open minded and friendly. Looking for a roommate to accompany me and call this home :) My hobbies are pottery and Muay Thai, I am active and always looking for new things to try. I am a huge foodie, and love exploring restaurants and cafes around Montreal.
