Recently Renovated Super Clean Downtown Halifax 2 bedroom 1 shared bath ! We (young couple) are looking for a respective person to be our roommate ! We are easygoing, quite and supportive if you need help in anything !

What you will be sharing! You will be sharing living room, kitchen, bathroom, washer, and dryer with us (both within the unit so you don’t have to share with strangers !). Renovated all the building a month ago and cleanings are done weekly basis. Everything is furnished and if you wish to bring your own furniture it is also welcomed!

ALL NEW FURNITURES! Your private room comes with large space and it is furnished. It has bed, desk with chair, and end table with table lamp and walk-in closet (spacious). All furniture are new !
In living room, there is a brand new couch, coffee table, dining table, and 65“ TV (Just ordered 2 days ago and will be here within a week). Whenever you want, you can always come out living room and chill or watch TV ! (We will be paying Netflix so you can watch shows freely) In the Kitchen, there is a brand new dish washer, espresso machine, rice cooker, ninja blade blender, sparkling water machine, and all basic kitchen tools! feel free to use all of them whenever you want! All utilities, internet, water, hot waters are included (except parking lot). Building has its own Study room (Wi-fi provided), Swimming pool, Hot tub, Social room, Gym (Currently, those are closed due to COVID-19. Will be open when after COVID-19 situation gets better) Renovated all the building a month ago

LOCATION ADVANTAGE ! The location is absolutely amazing ! The building has its own bridge which are connected to several different buildings called Pedway. Through Pedway system you can visit Scotia Square, Scotia bank, Waterfront, Lawton drugstores, Dollarama, lots of restaurants without going outside of the building. Downtown Halifax is within walking distance providing you with an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
