Yaletown Waterfront: a private furnished room with a shared bathroom

The apartment is located on the 32nd floor of a high-end Park West 2 (583 Beach Crescent) which is overlooking False Creek and George Wainborn Park.

The furnished room comes with a queen-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a dresser. The rest of the apartment is furnished too (see pictures) so you won’t need to worry about anything.

It is a 2.5 bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment and the bathroom is shared with one other tenant who lives between Vancouver and Victoria.

I am looking for someone to move in on December 1, 2020. There might be some flexibility in terms of the move-in date (if you want to move in between 1-10 December 2020), please feel free to get in touch to confirm. If you are wondering, I love the apartment and location but I am moving out to live on my own.

The monthly rent is $1295 plus utilities and Wi-Fi (split three ways). Deposit is half of the first month’s rent.
