Unit: 2nd bedroom for rent in a 2 bed 1-bathroom 750 sq-ft apartment. Price: $655 Location: High Park and Bloor St. W, a two-minute walk from High Park Station. The room is not furnished but the rest of the unit is. We also have a dishwasher and built-in combination washing machine and dryer in our unit. Lease terms: Selected roommate will sign an agreement with the leaseholders for 1 year, with the possibility to extend the agreement after the first year has concluded. We are looking for a long-term agreement. Move in date: r Jan 1st (2021). We will need: Proof of income, renter’s insurance, first and last month’s rent, and references. The building has numerous shared amenities with 55 Quebec Ave (newly built Condo complex) such as an indoor pool, gym, meeting/ conference rooms, as well as outdoor BBQs and picnic tables. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and is committed to keeping our shared space tidy. We will conduct virtual interviews to meet prospective roommates and to determine that they are the right fit. No pets unfortunately. Hydro, internet and parking are not included in the rent. Hydro and internet are additional expenses and the bill will be split three ways each month.

We are young professionals, I am a Registered Nurse and my partner is a PhD History candidate. We are kind and respectful people. My partner works from home currently. I will probably be out of our home during most of the week. We are pretty social person, but also like our space. Because of COVID-19 we don’t really have people over and don’t go out much.
