We are a young professional married couple. The house has more rooms than we need.

We love board games, don’t smoke or drink, we work from home.

The neighbors cat comes over all the time.

We are renting out 2 other rooms as well. So far, 1 is spoken for by an adult male who works two jobs and is rarely around.
