Room available at Loyola residence family housing section. It’s an apartment on lease. These apartments are not treated like dorms. It’s more like an off-campus apartment, but located at smu. Rent is 450$ . Room has two single beds which you can merge, a table, a closet and a bedside drawer. Room is 9ft by 14ft. It’s a top floor apartment so the view is amazing.

The roomies pretty much keep to themselves. Not noisy at all. There’s a guy living in the living space. He’s a 2nd year student at smu. There’s a girl living in another room who is a 3rd year student at smu.
