Im looking for someone to sublet the remaining portion of my lease until april 2020. The house is near the university, rent includes utilities and internet. There are two bathrooms split between 4 tenants (it is a 4 bedroom house), the kitchen and living room are also shared. The unit also features on site laundry and a parking space. The 3 other girls living in the house are university students. They are also working individuals and are very respectful of other people’s spaces.
