Hello, my name is Tennesee. I am a renter and am looking for a clean, trusting, and respectful roommate to move in January 2021 on a 3-month agreement that can be month to month after. I have a spare bedroom I would like to rent out and it has its own view, closet, and walk-in restroom (will be public to guests if any are over, otherwise private to you) It can fit a queen bed (maybe king), desk, dresser. The pictures of the bedroom are what the space looks like (none of the furniture is, the room will be empty for whoever moves in). I have a TV and a couch in the living room available to share, a massive deck with BBQ, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, dryer/washer to be shared. I don’t smoke and there is no smoking in the building (Nonsmoker only, cannabis is acceptable if done outside the building), No pets (I don’t have any, however I can ask about the pet deposit if yours is small), I am a very clean individual and would like the place to be kept this way by both members (if needed we can talk about hiring a cleaning service), I don’t party and I sometimes have a poker night with 6-8 friends on Saturday or Sunday nights. Otherwise, I keep to myself and go to work. I have a computer that is in the pantry/den and play games as well. I will only be taking people I can meet in person and get to know before the move as it is for January of 2021. I need to ensure you are of good character and integrity. Price 1100 (I am paying more, 1500) is firm and includes everything (hydro, internet 350/350, and cable, amenities etc).
