Each of the bedrooms have temperature control as well as the livingroom and kitchen. No air conditioning. Laundry on site. Bedroom is 10 1/2ft by 13ft.

There is just me living here. I’m very clean and would like my roommate to be at the same level of clean. I work from home, have a good sense of humour, building my movie collection, and love music from various genre’s. Easy going but not a door mat.
