I am a Working Professional looking to rent 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shared kitchen space in Mississauga. The room also has it’s own small Walkin closet. Room is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand and lamp. Most utensils in kitchen are provided. Need someone with little to no additional belongings as will not be able to accommodate in space. Shared living room and shared laundry in unit. Condo has many facilities including pool, gym, sauna party room. Building also has 24hr concierge security.

Renter Profile Seeking: Ideally a professional who is VERY clean, with a good job and not working from home. Non smoker. No couples or children please and no guests. No pets allowed in building anymore. No space for additional furniture. Rental Conditions: Must have good credit, Employment letter with references are required. 6 month minimum rental agreement. First and Last months rent required.

Move in date: from March 2023 More about apartment: Convenient location: Close to GO station 1 min walk to Mississauga bus transit, 10 minutes drive access to QEW highway 20 minutes to Downtown Toronto, drive 10 min walk to Square One.

Single occupancy only. Heart of Mississauga, walking distance to square one. Bus stop is right outside of this condo building

The suite is located on the 30th floor Penthouse Water & wifi are included in the rent. Heating is split monthly. Usually around $100/mth. Room has a brand new Roku TV and wardrobe space.

I am looking for:

A responsible, respectful and clean professional. This is a family building and neighbourhood. You will be sharing the unit with the owner. Only ONE person is allowed to have the room. The unit is newly furnished and everyone is expected to clean up after themselves.

House rules:

1. No smoking
2. No parties, drugs or heavy drinking
3. No pets
4. No loud music
5. No overnight stays

Requirements:

• Completed and signed application form (will be provided)
• 2 pieces of photo ID
• First month paid, and $1,400 security and key fob deposit (will be returned upon ending the lease and returning back the key fob)
• Credit/background check by landlord via FrontLobby
• Looking for at least a 6 month lease to 1 year.
• Previous two landlord references
• Letter of employment (company letterhead)
• Proof of income (last 2 pay stubs)
