Beautiful home in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal, just a five-minute walk from Jean-Mance Park and a ten-minute walk from Mont-Royal. The bedroom is big and newly furnished. The backyard is also very spacious and is shared with the next-door neighbours who are also very lovely.

There are 3 roommates, two of whom are doing their Masters at McGill and one who works full time. Everyone is really lovely, laid-back, and enjoys hanging out and doing things together! I wish I could stay but I’m moving out of the city for work. This is a sublet, and the place will be available until April. I am unsure as to whether any of the others plan to stay for the next year, but the landlord is incredibly flexible and helpful and I’m sure if you wanted to keep this place and find other roommates in the future, you could.
