Hey y’all!

I have a bedroom available in a 3 bedroom garden level suite. It’s around 1300 square feet and there are 2 bathrooms. We are just finishing up with renovations. It’s a new suite! We have a full kitchen but it’s just being painted so I didn’t take a photo. Utilities are $50. Includes 500MB download and upload speed with Telus cable tv. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.

A little about the roomies. We’re both 31 and creatives. I’m a soft goods designer with a Labradoodle named Luna! The other roomie is one of my best friends. His name is Chris and he works in the film industry. Would be super dope to find another creative person. We’re totally open to anybody though. We’re super chill people. The room is available now or December 1st. Whichever works best for you.
