I’ve a little furniture for the living area · Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator · Rent includes air conditioning, heat and water. Hydro and internet would be additional $65-70 per month · Corner unit with lots of sunlight and balcony with gorgeous sunset views · Second Cup, Rabba and pharmacy on the ground floor of building. SquareOne, Walmart, Hudson Bay is right next block · Direct bus or subway to wherever you’d like to go either from right outside the building or City Centre Bus Terminal (8 mins walk) · Unit comes with one parking. I don’t have a car yet, so feel free to use or we can sublet · Open to pets, especially a cat. Also, small dogs. · Strictly no smoking, 420-unfriendly · No couples please

You will be sharing the condo with me, a single female working professional in a 9-5 job, currently working from home. I’m a cleanliness friendly, respectful and pretty easy-going individual who enjoys personal space. I’m an ambivert who believes in living in a balanced ambience. Even better if I find a Yoga and Pilates partner in you (bonus: we have a small space reserved for workouts).
