I am subletting my STUDIO apartment for 4 months in 2021. This is a centrally located apartment north of Somerset and between Bank and Elgin. Steps away from OC transpo, Farm Boy, Independent Grocery Store, and bars (if they are open haha). The place will come with a desk and dresser. You will have to bring your own bed. There is plenty of room for a double bed. I can also remove the desk and dresser if you don’t need them. Once again, this is a STUDIO for SUBLET. I am aiming to sublet for 4 months from January to end of April but we can discuss a different timeline if you’d like. Hydro and wifi is not included in the price. You will have to pay extra.
