There is safe and secure private parking in the driveway, 5 minutes to 99 and 10 minutes to the heart of White Rock. Several amenities nearby with easy access to transit. Rooms: A large room that is furnished with hardwood floors, big closet and multiple windows so the room is bright. Roommates: A clean, respectful, sociable (but can still do their own thing), and easygoing person (male or female). Someone that cleans up after themselves and does their part in weekly cleaning to share in this amazing home to live in. Someone with a full time job and references with no criminal record.
