3-Storey townhouse in a new development in Stoney Creek. 3 bedroom house with a large shared bathroom on the 3rd floor. Half bath on the main floor. Laundry on the ground floor with walk out access to backyard. Two shared living areas- one on the main floor and one on the ground floor.

Two working adult roommates currently living in the house. Clean, friendly people, both work full time. One pet dog named Zoe who is 7 years old, super friendly, and loves to play. She keeps to herself for the most part unless you want to play and then she will fall in love with you and want to play all the time.
