There is a room for rent on the second floor of a house with large windows and double closets, it is lightly furnished with a chair, mattress and box spring. It is only ideal for a single occupant. This person can be male or female who is quiet and very clean and does not smoke or have pets. Ideally a young working professional, not working from home. The bathroom is a shared. As it is a house, the bathroom is shared with another male and female.

You will be living with a family and a roommate, however, you will have your own section in the kitchen cabinet and fridge. We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet and communicative. We as a family are open and easy going, we are looking forward to sharing our space in this journey of life.

The house is located 10 minutes walk to the Go station and about 5 minutes to the 96 and 107 York transit. There is parking on the property for extra.

In order to move in, we require first and last month, a piece of ID and proof of income.
