Hi, so we have 1 room available in a 3 bedroom apaprtment. we are looking for someone to move in on the 1st of December so we’re willing to drop the price to 650 for the first month (the lease can be long term or short term) -All included (wifi + hydro) -The room is partly furnished: there’s a desk, chair, inflatable matress and cubby thing (all can be removed if you got your own stuff) -two closets (wow!) -Located on a quiet cul-de-sac yet right next to downtown, 5mins from guy concordia metro(but only 5 secs if you take the bus because you lazy like me xD) and 10 mins from McGill (4mins by bus) -washer and dryer in the building

So you’d have 2 roommates, but students, one is working on his Phd at concordia in environmental engineering and I am studying at mcgill to be a teacher. We are both very clean, respectful and mostly keep to ourselves.
