Great central location close to downtown, U of C, Mount Royal and SAIT, and just a short walk to the Bow River. Quiet fourplex building with no pets, smoking or parties. Building has a big shared backyard, in-suite laundry and a garage for bikes and extra storage. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry are shared with one female roommate. Room is furnished with a single bed, couch, small table and bookshelf. If you would prefer to bring your own furniture that’s also an option. $500/month including all utilities and Wi-Fi.
