A/C (Can be furnished if need. I have a futon, TV, dresser) ➡️Shared kitchen upstairs if need ➡️Big back yard with pool (not that that matters right now) front and back deck. ➡️Shared 1/2 bath middle level beside entrance to lower level

No smoking in house, smoking allowed on front porch, and back deck. No Pets
