The room for rent is 9ft x 8.4ft (see included floor map). It faces east, greeting the morning sun and overlooking the neighbourhood park. Furnishing available, inquire for more details. The unit has a spacious dining room, living room and kitchen. It is corner suite with a wrap around balcony facing south-east. Ensuite washer/dryer included. This is a Non-Smoking unit. The master bedroom (Occupant 2) of the condo is occupied by Ian my former roommate, a good fellow whom I’m sure you’ll come to know and love as I do. The Building The building comes with security/concierge services, and has a gym, party room, rooftop patio, entertainment room and games room. Parking is not included. Visitor parking is available, as well as street parking. Spots can be rented for ~100/mo, pending availability. Location Transit stops are just minute walks away while both the Bloor and Yonge lines can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Ryerson University is just to the west, while Cabbagetown lies to the north, Leslieville to the east and the Distillery District to the south. Riverdale Park and the Don Valley trail are favoured spots of mine, allowing for a taste of nature in the city. FreshCo, the local grocery store, is affordable and a mere two blocks away. Regent Park is a wonderful neighbourhood, with a newly constructed park, aquatics centre, community centre and sports area just minutes walk away.
