Ben's room

One of two rooms for rent in a new house in Royal Bay. Room is unfurnished, but if furnishing is needed then I’m sure we can work something out.

Bathroom is shared between the two rooms for rent on the second floor.

Pets are negotiable, with the biggest concern being how well they get along with my dog. He can have a hard time meeting new animals.

If you do smoke, I ask that you do it outside.

The two available bedrooms are at the front of the house, on the second floor. The house is flipped from the floorplan, so garage is on the right instead of the left.

Pictures were taken before I had blinds in, but all windows now have venetian blinds.

Currently only myself and my dog in the house. I’m a thirty year old software developer, and I work from home. Most of the time I’m working, walking the dog, or watching Netflix.

My dog, Tucker, is a three year old golden retriever. He’s excitable, expressive, and a good boy.
