Hi all, I am looking for a clean roommate with a regular source of income to occupy a one-bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment near downtown Halifax. The apartment is on the 18th floor with an amazing view of Mackay and Macdonald Bridges. It is large and recently renovated. The rent includes all utilities. Has a large storage. You can arrange parking with the rental office. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. You can take fresh air on the balcony in the summer. Long term rentals only(4 months and beyond is okay)

I am a recent graduate of civil engineering technology at NSCC and working full time. A student or a young professional would be a preferred roommate. I do not smoke but I am okay if you smoke outside
