Robie Street

Hi everyone… My name is Phoenix .. i have a great place here downtown hali.. top of robie and spring… its 5 bedroom but I’m only looking for a roomie or two.. I have this apt until the summer..july ( house is being sold ) after which time i’ll be getting a new place downtown or near quinpool area …so ultimately i am hoping to find some people to carry thru into that new place with… the apt comes with all utilities in .. washer /dryer … furniture if u need / empty room if you don’t need it …1.5 gig internet .. 2 bathrooms .. one with an old school claw foot tub ..netflix, disnney+, .. pictures of available bedrooms and art/music room with balcony are to come over next few days (painting) .

the place is smoke free .. but there are 2 balconies at each end of flat your welcome to smoke on

rent is negotiable a bit for the right person / people lease is month 2 month / fixed term Happy hunting and be safe : )

So, a little about me an what i’m looking for in people to share space with .. Im funny, down to earth and friendly, I’m a full time writer/artist/ ; ) LGBTQ2 and artists front of the line please… but at the end of the day… all i want is good and genuine people to share a place with .. that’s all :p
