Hello everybody ! i am leaving my room in the west end, so we are looking for a new roomie to fill my spot. super nice area, really close to english bay, stanley park and easy to get to robson st/granville st just by walking. nice and quiet, it is located on top of a restaurant. the place has 3 other roommates, you will be the 4th ! Disclaimer: I myself don’t find it a problem but a couple of the roommates smoke inside the house. Rent is all included !

Most people work construction in the house. We have a group of international roommates, two from Brazil, one from Slovakia, and one from Quebec. Everyone is very friendly, but pretty much keeps to themselves, a quiet house that allows you to find rest after the end of the day.
