188th St

188th. Street in Pitt Meadows is one of the nicest streets in Pitt Meadows. the house is on the corner of 188th. and 124A Streets. quiet dead end street with all properties on the west side of the street are small acreages extremely low traffic as it is a dead end street and I am on the east side of the street on the corner. I’ve been here 26 years and summer makes it a showcase for gardening.. The house has only two large bedrooms with the rental having the main private ensuite bathroom. It is big and bright as it faces West looking out over the gardens all summer long. There is a free washer and dryer downstairs. I have a couple living downstairs, in their 50’s and Don has been my downstairs tenant for 15 years and works at Meadow Gardens Golf Course and his lady works at Walmart. I am a landscape Photographer who is usually gone October and half of November, and March and early April, (been a real problem during this Covid Crisis) as I work mostly in Southeast Utah western Colorado, and New Mexico.

I have to let everyone know that I don’t allow smoking on the property. We never party and I’m a non drinker. Don makes up for that, but he’s a good guy..There is parking right in the driveway and I park on the street so there is parking in the large driveway.
