In the quaint neighborhood of Whitehills, our rental property is a spacious house. It has two floors as well as a basement, 1.5 bathrooms, and a deck with a medium backyard. There is a single kitchen with cupboard space to spare. There are two common areas, one on the main floor and one in the basement. There are two rooms available. One is upstairs and neighbours two others. It is beside the master bathroom. The other is downstairs, adjacent from the common room. Our house has two schools by it. Sherwood Forest Mall is within walking distance, as is the London North SmartCentre. Western is a quick ten minute bus ride. Our property is managed by SPM. As there are two separate rooms, if two different roommates are found, the price will drop to around $520 per room. $720 is if only one roommate is found.

My partner (Tyrel) and I (Sean) live together. We have separate bedrooms but typically spend time together. We are both interested in gaming and technology. Also, if you like DnD or anime, you’ll get along with Ty very well. As we are a couple, an LGBT friendly roommate is non-negotiable. I work full-time at Start.ca (hence why you don’t have to pay an internet bill!), currently from home. Ty works downtown at a club, currently suspended due to the pandemic.
