We are looking for a third party to split the home we are renting in Vaughan. You would have two rooms to yourself (one can be a bedroom and the other can be an office/home gym, etc) and you will also have a private bathroom.

The whole home is furnished for you to use - including two separate living rooms, a basement that we could convert into another space for you to use, a dining room, a very large kitchen with all appliances, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

There is also a large backyard for if you would like to garden, and we are planning to have a fire pit for the summer!

The reason we decided to rent this home and split rent is because we are tired of living in overpriced shoeboxes. We wanted a place where we could have a large backyard, clean washer and dryer available, a big kitchen to cook in, lots of space for ourselves (covid times!) and where we would be paying half the price that a shoebox condo would go for. Thats just our way of looking at the house split and our reason for doing so :) The home is located near the Langstaff Rd at Weston Rd intersection (Vaughan/Woodbridge area).

Just a 5 minute drive away/8 minute bike ride away there is a big plaza with grocery stores, Shoppers, Home Depot, Best Buy, Dollarama and various restaurants. Close to Vaughan Metropolitan Subway (Last stop on Yellow Line, Downtown Toronto in 30 minutes)

The price each month would be $1135. You would also share 1/4 of 80% of the house’s utility cost.

Sharing the home right now is a couple who has the bedroom with their own bathroom and another male who is occupying another bedroom with their own bathroom as well. (This is a big place :) We are just waiting for the perfect third person to help us in renting the home.
