1 bedroom available for rental from Jan 1st to the end of April 2021 at the South end of Guelph. We are looking for a girl only. 2 minutes walk to Hartsland plaza, Zehrs, banks, Dollar Mart, and bus stop. Close to UOG. Bus #7 and express#58, 5mins to University Air condition, heater, water softener, washer, dryer, fridge, stove, parking. Rental is $400 per month plus utility. Utility is around $50-80/month, depends on the usage. 4 months contract for now, Could be longer lease term after April 2021. No smoke.

Two university student girls live in the house at the moment. They are clean and friendly. They have a cat live with them. All three girls will share upstairs bathroom, downstairs kitchen, living room and washroom. The internet fee and utility expense will be shared. The lease contract is to the end the April 2021, can be extended to another year if all girls want to stay.
