Smoking is permitted in own room. If want wifi, can get & split cost. Close walking distance to U of W, shopping, restaurants etc.

I’m easy going, middle aged male. I work overnight shift, I sleep during morning/afternoon. I’m a non smoker, I’m a 420 vaper, rarely drink, I keep suite clean & expect same of room’er.
