Bri's room

We have a newly renovated townhouse, and are looking for someone to occupy an unfurnished medium-sized bedroom with a shared bathroom. Our unit is an open-concept layout with ample space to relax in, hardwood floors, and on-suite washer and dryer. -Free designated parking (as well as street parking, and we are steps away from transit routes (3,4,5 & others). We are also up the street from Laycock Park, a 10 minute commute to Deerfoot City Mall & the Airport (30 min walk), and across the street to a strip mall which has a multitude of stores for your convenience.

There are currently 2 of us (18f & 20f) that live in our townhouse. We’ve lived in our unit for the past year, however our third roommate is moving-in with his significant other, so a room has opened! -We’re both easy-going, reliable, and relatively keep to ourselves, but do enjoy entertaining and going out (When covid allows it, of course). We like going on adventures, spending time outdoors, long netflix binges, and we’re both queer. We have 3 well-behaved cats, we keep our community living spaces clean, and we’re both cannabis-friendly.
