Room is in a house shared with five other people. Room is approximately 10’ by 10’.

The house has a shared bathroom and a shared shower room. Room comes unfurnished and is suitable for one person. Smoking is allowed in the room and throughout the common areas.

House has common areas in the kitchen and living room, and in the front yard and large backyard.

Less than a five-minute walk to both Bathurst and Spadina subway stations. Ten-minute walk to U of T’s downtown St George campus.

$700 rent includes all utilities and Hi-Speed Bell Wireless Internet.

Housemates include an actor, an AV technician, a music producer, a customer service agent, and a bike courier.

First and last months’ rent is required. Appointments to view the room will be in half-hour segments (i.e. at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, 6:30 etc.) on Wednesday (6 January), Thursday (7 January), and Friday (8 January) between 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
