Available February 15th or March first, one bedroom in two bedroom basement suite, amazing location inbetween hillside and Mayfair mall. Close to bus locations,15 to 20 minute walk to either mall. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, and other amenities. Shared bathroom, laundry in suite, good sized storage space for yourself in suite and a bit of storage space outside. On street parking. No smoking on property or pets allowed.

I am laid back and work full time sometimes in office sometimes from home. Like to be active going for hikes and the gym. As well as playing games and relaxing. Respectful of personal space and like honest communication.
