About the room
A nice affordable spot to hang your hat at the end of the day. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen size mattress, and you can paint the room any colour you want if orange isn’t your thing.
The apartment itself is the basement inside of a Triplex. The street it’s on is very quiet and is a 5min walk away from Dundas West which has everything you need, also close to Keele and High Park Stations
Inside is a spacious living room, a decent size kitchen, a small bathroom, two bedrooms, laundry room. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, and is only used by us. We share the apartment, except for your room of course
Heating is ok during the winter, and the AC works great in the summer.
There is parking on the streets, but you must buy a permit from the city.
About the roomies
I’m a normal 32 year old guy who likes to game on my PS4 , watch Netflix, and generally just relax at the end of the day.
My space is your space, so everything in the apartment I’m happy to share
