The house is in Old East Village on a quiet street, the neighborhood is friendly and nice. The house is closest to the 2, 20, and 16 bus routes for convenience, and grocery stores are relatively conveniently located. The room itself is quite large, has laminate flooring, a decently sized window, and a good sized closet. The living space is a little on the small side, but more than large enough for 2 people. Most of the apartment is furnished, but the room is not. There is also laundry on site!

The only bill that isn’t included is the Internet- my previous roommate paid for it (and I pay the hydro bill). We can work this out if interested in the room.

My name is Winter, I’m 26 years old and a working professional. I’ve got two cats, Gemma and Jackson, so if you’ve got allergies know that there are cats :) I’m relatively laid back, clean, quiet, and 420 friendly. I will be the only roommate in the apartment, also.
