Bonny's room

We’re looking for a female roommate to share with two girls. We have the hall if you want to set up your workspace and we have a bunk bed within the room itself.

There will be 3 girls and 2 guys in a 2 bedroom apartment. The girls share a room and the guys share a room.

The utilities are excluded.

5 to 7 minutes walk from Sherbourne station. 2-minute walk to Food basics. 10-minute walk to grocery stores like fresco and NoFrills. Good for students from George brown college, Ryerson, OCAD, and the University of Toronto.

TTC is extremely accessible from this location. The rent includes utilities like hydro and internet.

You will be provided a closet space. The kitchen has appliances like a microwave, oven, refrigerator, etc. Laundry room in the building’s basement. The apartment is a bit of a mess because a lot of moving around is happening. By the 1st of February, a lot of stuff will be cleared out.

Lastly, the first and last month will be required as a token of confirmation.

I live with a mother daughter duo. From hereon , I will use their abbreviations N (Daughter) and P (Mom). We share a space where we have a bunk bed, we have a TV with a playstation, we have a mini library of our own and we have our own little temple in the room as well. We spend most of our time out in the hall considering we’re all working from home. So the room and the hall is where you’ll spend most of your time with. It’s a two bedroom apartment but we consider it as a one bedroom because there are currently two guys living in the other room who are barely home. So you are going to replace me, you’re gonna be roomies with my roomies.
